If you want to cancel or return your order, always contact our customer service via email info(a)trendyphone.shop. If necessary, you can get a return form for the return from customer service. The right to return is 14 days after receiving the product you ordered. Registered regular customers have a 30-day right of return. The goods must be returned in the manner indicated by the seller within a reasonable time after you submitted the cancellation notice.
The right of return does not apply to the following products, product groups and services:
- Installing the computer’s operating system terminates the right of return
- A product ordered and manufactured or separately modified according to your wishes
- Goods that cannot be returned for further sale, e.g. Printer cartridges ( color )
- Hygiene products, which include e.g. razors, hair care devices, air purifiers, lady shavers, thermometers, earphones, wellness devices such as various massage devices
- Transport, delivery, services and installations
If the consumer has received the goods, he must keep them essentially unchanged and undiminished until he has decided to keep the goods.
However, if the consumer cancels the contract after the goods have been put into use, he does not lose his right to cancel, but he must be responsible for the decrease in value. The goods are not considered to have been put into use if the consumer has handled the goods only as necessary to determine its nature, properties and functionality.
