We do not sell or rent the user’s personal information to third parties
We hand over necessary personal data to TrendyPhone’s current partners for delivery, sales and marketing, or to a financial company when making a financing decision. TrendyPhone can hand over Service usage data to a partner in order to make targeted offers.
TrendyPhone uses subcontractors in the production of IT functions, who process personal data on behalf of TrendyPhone. The use of personal data is limited to a certain task according to the contract. We have drawn up personal data processing agreements with subcontractors in accordance with the Data Protection Regulation. When we use subcontractors, we make sure that personal data is processed in accordance with the law and the privacy statement.
TrendyPhone uses only confidential operators as partners and subcontractors. Partners or subcontractors processing personal data may be located outside the European Union or the European Economic Area, in which case personal data is transferred outside the EU or EEA area. We take care of appropriate safeguards related to the transfer and use EU-approved transfer procedures such as EU-approved standard contract clauses in personal data processing contracts.
Personal data can also be disclosed to a third party to whom the Customer has given consent, for example in connection with a certain campaign. Personal data can be disclosed in connection with a trial or at the request of an authority based on the applicable law or a decision of an authority in connection with a trial or official process.
Personal data can be handed over to a third party if TrendyPhone is involved in business arrangements where the business containing personal data is involved in the arrangements. Business arrangements include, for example, various business transactions and transfers of business functions, as well as mergers and divisions of companies.
