Maintenance procedures are handled through the importer’s authorized maintenance companies.
All maintenance procedures are attempted to be carried out as quickly as possible.
If the product has a defect covered by the warranty, the product will be serviced by an authorized service center or replaced with a similar product. The more affordable option is chosen first. Regarding the duration of the maintenance, you have to be prepared for the fact that the repair will take 10-20 business days, but completion in this time cannot be guaranteed. There are no costs for the customer for maintenance or repair, if the defect to be repaired is covered by the warranty. If the defect in the product is not covered by the warranty or fault liability, the customer must be responsible for the costs associated with repairing the product.
In the case of phones and computers, it is important that you have taken backups of your device’s files before submitting it for service. We do not guarantee that files will be preserved during maintenance. TrendyPhone is not responsible for lost files.

The ordered product also comes with a shipping list, which is also the product’s warranty certificate.
For example, the phone’s serial number can only be found in the shipping list.
