The products have a 14-day right of return. The return must include the original packaging, as well as all parts, materials and documents that were part of the original packaging.
The right of return does not apply to the following products, product groups and services:
- Installing the computer’s operating system terminates the right of return
- A product ordered and manufactured or separately modified according to your wishes
- Goods that cannot be returned for further sale, e.g. ink cartridges
- Transport, delivery, services and installations

For returns, the product must be packed in a separate package and well padded. Place at least 15 cm of padding around the product. Use the packaging materials that came with the product to help you. If the instructions have clearly not been followed, the customer of the product is responsible for any damage.
We ask that you return the products with the necessary information as a Posti customer return. You can get Posti’s contract ID from our customer service.

The customer pays the return costs of the product to be returned, if it is possible to deliver the product as a normal postal package or as a registered letter. Keep the receipt you received (tracking code), otherwise we cannot verify a possibly lost package. The Trendyphone online store will refund the postage costs to the customer if it is a customer return (product return).
We do not redeem packages sent by cash on delivery.
The seller has the right to charge a maximum of 80 euros/product as return costs.
The same return right applies to damaged products or if you have otherwise received an incorrect delivery. In that case, you do not have to pay delivery costs.
However, we kindly ask you to provide the following information in your notification. If necessary, you can get a return form from our customer service.
- The reason for the return (if a damaged or incorrect product)
- Subscriber identification information (name / order number)
- Do you just want to return the product and get the money back in the account, or do you want us to send a similar product to replace the damaged or wrong product (and refund the possible difference).
- In order to return the money, we ask you to indicate the account number in IBAN format and the bank.
Trendyphone online store returns the customer’s payment for the product due to the return no later than 14 days after the product is returned.
The provision of Chapter 6, Section 18 of the Consumer Protection Act requires that if the consumer nevertheless cancels the contract after the goods have been put into use, he must be responsible for the decrease in value. The starting point in this case is the actual decrease in value of the product due to use, and according to the rationale of the provision, the decrease in value should be determined according to reasonableness.
This return right only applies to purchases made in the Trendyphone online store.
