The products have a 14-day right of return. Registered regular customers have a 30-day right of return. The return must include the original packaging intact, as well as all the parts, materials and documents that were part of the original packaging. Depreciation may occur due to wear and tear of the product or defects in the packaging.

For returns, the product must be packed in a separate package and well padded. Place at least 15 cm of padding around the product. Use the packaging materials that came with the product to help you. If the instructions have clearly not been followed, the customer of the product is responsible for any damage.
The customer pays the return costs of the returned product, which will be reimbursed at a later stage, if it is possible to deliver the product as a normal postal package or registered letter. Keep the receipt you received (tracking code), otherwise we cannot verify a possibly lost package. The TrendyPhone online store is responsible for the costs of returning a product purchased from distance sales, if the item can be returned in the usual way by mail. If the return, for example due to its size or weight, requires special transport, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred! The transport of the product delivered as special transport units is not reimbursed, and the return cost is not paid. Such products include, for example, home theaters, soundbar systems and televisions over 22″. The return costs of these are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not redeem packages sent by cash on delivery.
The seller has the right to charge a maximum of 80 euros/product as return costs.
The same right of return applies to damaged products or if you have otherwise received an incorrect delivery. In this case, you do not have to pay delivery costs.
However, we kindly ask you to provide the following information in your notification. If necessary, you can get a return form from our customer service.
- The reason for the return (if damaged or incorrect product)
- Subscriber identification information (name / order number)
- Do you just want to return the product and get the money back in the account, or do you want us to send a similar product to replace the damaged or wrong product (and refund the possible difference).
- In order to return the money, we ask you to indicate the account number in IBAN format and the bank.
TrendyPhone online store returns the customer’s payment for the product due to the return no later than 14 days after the product is returned. Primarily, the refund always takes place according to the payment method of the order.
The provision of Chapter 6, Section 18 of the Consumer Protection Act requires that if the consumer nevertheless cancels the contract after the goods have been put into use, he must be responsible for the decrease in value. The starting point in this case is the actual decrease in value of the product due to use, and according to the rationale of the provision, the decrease in value should be determined according to reasonableness.
This return right applies only to purchases made in the TrendyPhone online store.
